Strawberry and Pineapple Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 banana, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or any plant-based milk of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (optional for sweetness)
  • Ice cubes (optional for a chilled smoothie)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the ingredients

  • Hull the strawberries and chop them into halves or quarters.
  • Cut the pineapple into chunks, removing the skin if using fresh pineapple.
  • Peel and chop the banana into small pieces.

2. Blend the smoothie

  • In a blender, add the strawberries, pineapple, banana, almond milk, and maple syrup (if using).
